Oh yeeeesssss :-) I only wanted details on one, either way. I can't eat a Crunchie without sickness, mini or otherwise, and I'm certainly not up to 300 reps of anything-else, either because of lack of training or lack of inclination. I got bored after 500 push-downs, for instance.
