Religiously nutty

I really have to worry about the sanity of some people. In the article below, we have religious marathon runners suggesting that deaths of runners is punishment from God because races are scheduled on Sundays. Now, never mind the fact that Christianity does not prohibit partaking in sports events on Sundays, why would God bother with runners when it surely be better to nail a few shopkeepers, casino owners, or ministers who are working on a Sunday?
