Picspam - sky, buildings, work, tackiness

A few pictures I've taken recently:

I loved the way the light from the sky caught the angled section of glass on this nearby building.

When we cleaned out the server room a couple of weeks ago, we piled up the empty server boxes around my boss's desk (yes, there's a desk behind that). He left it like that for several days, enjoying the privacy.

The two following pics were taken at the same time. There are some lovely texture effects in the clouds. The pictures aren't half as good as the real sunset was.

This has to be about the tackiest house I've ever seen; it's a couple of houses away from my mom's. I actually find it vaguely creepy.

Sunsets never seem to come out as well on camera as they do in real life.

Wow about the sunset pics. The house looks straight out of one of those tacky real-life documentaries with an American voiceover of: "It was just an average house in MiddleWest until the Tragedy (insert small pause here) struck about two years ago when Mary-Beth-Louise-Sue came out of the house..." You get the idea:)
