My son did the same, at about the same age. He looked absolutely terrible one morning and I said to him, "You look like you slept in your school clothes". To which he replied sheepishly, "I did".

That was the first and last time as he got frogmarched back to his room and he changed into unwrinkled clothes while I watched.

Moms can be so difficult sometimes and we are there mostly to spoil their fun.
